Windermere engaged Strata Project Management Group to lead its relocation and upfit project in Charlotte, NC. As part of this relocation, the client reimagined how office space could foster connection and engagement amongst the team. Glass fronts throughout, a spacious Café area and a custom fish tank are just a few of the visible ways this project’s design encourages connection across the Windermere team. 

Strata was proud to be part of the team that included Redline Design Group for architectural services and Barringer Construction as the General Contractor.  Strata was engaged as part of the lease review process and provided leadership of the design, construction and move execution phases of the project.
