We coordinate design review/approvals ensure your goals don’t get lost in the creative process. Throughout the process, we keep a trained eye on your bottom line, facilitating Value Engineering sessions with a multi-disciplined project team. We provide outreach, planning, and management of internal and external suppliers, including IT, AV, and security, ensuring full integration into your project’s design. And finally, we build in touchpoints with client leaders and end users to facilitate awareness and engagement among your team/s.

• Construction and Vendor Management

  • We monitor quality, timing and cost throughout the project to meet or exceed your expectations. We review and monitor changes, watching through an “owner’s lens” to protect your vision along the way. What’s more, we strive to anticipate change and proactively drive towards client satisfaction.

• Relocation

  • We manage the relocation process by establishing move criteria, selecting appropriate vendors, and integrating your change management plan into the relocation process. We provide a 5-star experience for our clients by being proactive, accessible, and present during your introduction into the space. 

• Post-Occupancy

  • We reconcile final costs to delivered scope to ensure the entire time is able to meet your project’s contractual obligations ahead of final payment. We compile closeout materials for clients’ long-term occupancy and space maintenance, including as-builts, operations & maintenance manual, product/service warranty information, and post-occupancy tools for associates in the new space.  We see ourselves as a true part of your team, staying with you beyond occupancy to assist with moves, adds and changes, whether they take place one year or five years down the road.
