Hull & Chandler, PA provides a variety of legal services in Charlotte and the surrounding metro region. Its attorneys have been recognized for their work in personal injury, business law, litigation, family law and estate planning. The Partners at Hull & Chandler were interested in renovating a recently purchased office to fit their Charlotte team’s needs.  The goal for the transition was to upgrade their workspace while remaining true to their Dilworth roots. The new Hull & Chandler office includes upgraded private offices, a welcoming Lobby, employee break area and a full shower/locker space to drive employee well-being.

General contracting was provided by Ratzlaff Construction with Peadon Finein designing the upgrades.  Strata was contracted to provide construction management, furniture procurement, employee relocation and facility transition services on the project. We are proud to have delivered this project under-budget and within the client’s time constraints.
