Hedrick Gardner is a leading regional law firm specializing in conflict and litigation prevention, management and resolution.  With offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Wilmington and Ashville North Carolina as well as Columbia South Carolina – Hedrick Gardner continues to expand and grow.  Hedrick Gardner had a need to relocate their Charlotte office within the Southpark area.  With a desire to attract new talent, the Hedrick Gardner team wanted to create a more modern look and feel to their new office.    The new Hedrick Gardner, though downsized in square footage from their original office is upsized in efficiency with room for growth and expansion.

The project team utilized Redline Design Group for architectural design and Harker as the General Contractor.  Our team facilitated the project from design to construction through occupancy to deliver a project that was on time and under budget.
