Hearst Corporation is a leading global, diversified information, services and media company with operations in 40 countries. The Hearst Service Center, in Charlotte, North Carolina, provides accounting, information technology and other business-related support to all Hearst business units. Hearst Media Production Group relocated from Charleston and needed to expand operations in Charlotte to enhance collaboration within a creative environment. The new space provides both quiet and creative spaces for differing working styles.

Our team consisted of Gensler for architectural design and Barringer as the General Contractor.  Strata was engaged from early concept through occupancy for this multi-year client to deliver a project from start to satisfaction.
