Strata Project Management Group was selected to lead the project from lease review through project closeout for our confidential Global AM Law Top 25 Law Firm client to relocate its operations within Charlotte’s uptown district. Presented with an expiring lease in their current space, this client wanted to leverage this opportunity to rethink their space needs.

The client desired a refreshed workplace that would leverage their existing corporate standards, but also push the boundaries of how a modern workplace can best support its employees and clients and provide a more inviting hospitality feel to the space. As a growing office, key goals for this project were to provide flexibility for expansion and unique opportunities to engage employees through office amenities. The results include roughly 55,000 square feet of hospitality inspired design from the moment you exit the elevators, a monumental staircase connecting the two floors, world-class furnishings for work & collaboration and concierge services on both floors to support partners and associates. Our project team included some of the world’s finest names in design and construction with Gensler and Syska Hennessey partnering on the design and engineering and Balfour Beatty serving as our General Contractor.
